Stephanie Hunt

Office Manager/Case Manager
Stephanie is the Office Manager and a Case Manager at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys and has been with the firm since 2014. As part of the pre-litigation team, she manages cases for clients with last names M–Z, overseeing the preparation of settlement packages and working closely with insurance companies throughout the negotiation process.

In her role as Office Manager, Stephanie also supports the attorneys with day-to-day firm operations, including human resources, scheduling, and coordinating special events. Her dual roles give her a unique perspective on both client advocacy and the inner workings of the firm.

Outside of work, Stephanie has been married for 31 years and has two daughters—one in college and one who is a teacher. She is an active volunteer at her local dog shelter, helping to raise funds and care for the dogs. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and practicing yoga.


Courtney Townsend

Litigation Case Manager
Courtney is a Litigation Case Manager at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, where she supports the litigation team through case coordination, document management, and ongoing communication with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel to help ensure cases move efficiently toward resolution. She has been with the firm since 2023.

Prior to joining Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, Courtney was a full-time college student. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching movies. She also adores her two rescue dogs, Snoopy and Charlie.


Carrie Byus

Case Manager
Carrie is a Case Manager at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys and has been with the firm since 2016. One of two case managers on the pre-litigation side, she handles clients with last names A–L. Her focus is preparing thorough settlement packages and negotiating with insurance companies to pursue the best settlement possible for each client. Before joining the firm, Carrie worked as an office administrator at Pepsi for fourteen years.
Outside of work, Carrie is married and enjoys watching her son play sports and her daughter perform in plays. She also volunteers at her church and with special-needs programs in the community.


Faith Carlisle

Records Specialist
Faith is an integral part of both our pre-litigation and litigation teams, ensuring we have a complete set of medical records for every client. In addition, she’s typically the go-to person for anything in the office that needs fixing, earning her the title of “Ms. Fix-It” with her handy set of tools.

Faith’s quick wit keeps us all laughing, and when she’s not working her magic in the office, she’s likely busy refinishing vintage furniture—her true expertise. Outside of work, Faith is a proud mom to three grown boys. She has a deep love for nature, birds, flowers, and anything that gets her outside. You’ll never find Faith sitting still—she’s always on the move and never bored!


Beth Ryan

Billing Specialist
Beth is a Billing Specialist and has worked part-time for Rinehardt Injury Attorneys since 2021 after retiring from a 38-year career at Nationwide Insurance. Beth’s responsibilities include recording and tracking our clients’ medical bills and ensuring that they are processed properly through health insurance.

When not at work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the gym, gardening, bicycling, and reading a good book.


Hannah Belmares

Litigation Case Manager
Hannah is one of two litigation case managers for Rinehardt Injury Attorneys. She is responsible for overseeing cases after a lawsuit is filed and facilitates client/attorney contact, discovery exchange, deposition scheduling, witness coordination, and trial preparation.

Hannah joined the firm in February of 2023, after having earned her BA in Paralegal Studies and gaining 4 years of experience through interning and employment in the legal field. In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature, watching live performances, and taking silly photos of her two beloved cats.


Brilynn Chirdon

Onboarding Coordinator
Brilynn is the Onboarding Coordinator at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys and has been with the firm since 2023. She plays a key role in welcoming new clients to the office and guiding them through the early stages of their case. Brilynn works closely with clients to gather treatment updates as they progress through care for their injuries, helping ensure their cases stay organized and up to date.

Prior to joining Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, Brilynn worked as a dental receptionist for three years, gaining valuable experience in client communication and office coordination.

Outside of work, Brilynn enjoys spending time with her husband and their two-year-old, with a new baby on the way. She also loves caring for her three dogs and making the most of time with her growing family.


Suzanna Hammond

Litigation Assistant
Suzanna is a Litigation Assistant at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, where she supports clients’ cases as they move through the litigation process. She assists the litigation team with administrative tasks, client communications, and medical chronology reviews, and has been with the firm since 2024.

Prior to joining Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, Suzanna studied Education and worked in supervisory roles in museums and libraries. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling to new places and spending time outdoors. She also values quiet time at home reading, working on creative projects, and spending time with family, friends, and her three beloved cats.


Kristin Gleason

Case Manager Assistant
Kristin is a Case Manager Assistant at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, where she supports the firm’s pre-litigation work through client communication and coordination with insurance adjusters and outside agencies. She has been with the firm since 2024. Before joining Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, Kristin spent ten years as a Compliance Specialist overseeing government-funded low-income housing at the corporate level, bringing a strong background in organization, compliance, and client-focused service to her role.

Outside of work, Kristin is a self-described jack of all trades who enjoys creating cross-stitch projects and miniatures, making all-natural products, and occasionally officiating weddings as an ordained minister. She also enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 20 years, their daughter who attends The Ohio State University, and their two chiweenies, Ozzy and Beenz.


Lauren Severt

Intake Specialist

Lauren is the Intake Specialist at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys and is often the first person clients speak with when reaching out to the firm. She plays a key role in guiding clients through the early stages of their claim, handling initial insurance contact and providing attentive client support.

Prior to joining Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, Lauren worked as an elementary school teacher, a background that reflects her patience, communication skills, and ability to support others during challenging situations.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their three children.


Alyssa Huss

Administrative Assistant
Alyssa is an Administrative Assistant at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys. Working behind the scenes, she supports multiple team members and helps keep the office organized and running efficiently. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist wherever needed make her an important part of the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Outside of the office, Alyssa owns a photography business and uses her creative skills to capture the firm’s annual photos. She is also a proud mom of two amazing kids and enjoys spending time with her pets, cheering on her children at their sporting events, and finding joy in the moments that matter most.


Barb Chaffins

Litigation Assistant
Barb is a Litigation Assistant at Rinehardt Injury Attorneys and has been a valued member of the firm since 2002. She works closely with the litigation team, assisting on cases that have progressed into active litigation. Barb drafts and files pleadings with the courts, prepares discovery to be served on defendants, compiles detailed medical chronologies, and drafts probate documents for wrongful death cases and matters involving injured minors.

Barb plays an integral role in supporting the litigation team by managing deadlines, coordinating case details, and helping ensure matters move efficiently through the court process. Prior to joining Rinehardt Injury Attorneys, she worked for two other law firms, bringing decades of legal experience and deep institutional knowledge to her role.

Outside of work, Barb enjoys reading—especially history and mysteries—trying out vegetarian cookbooks, diamond painting, spending time with her family, and relaxing with her two cats.
