Rachel Rinehardt

Rachel Rinehardt is an Ohio personal injury attorney who represents people and families after serious injuries and wrongful death. Her practice focuses on high-stakes matters including motor vehicle collisions (including commercial trucking crashes), medical malpractice and birth injury, premises liability, and other catastrophic injury cases.

Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study (2015) and her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (2018). Raised by parents who built their careers as injury attorneys, Rachel always knew she wanted to join them in advocating for injured clients. After graduating law school, she began her career at a downtown Columbus firm—then known as Crabbe, Brown & James (now Amundsen Davis)—where she practiced from 2018 to 2020. She joined her parents, John and Hillary, at Rinehardt Law Firm in August 2020. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Rachel lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband, Chris, their daughter, Addie, and their two dogs, Leo and Benji.
